FIRST RAID FIT formed in late 1998 in Flint, Michigan.

Built around stripped-down metallic riffs and abrupt breakdowns, the band operated within a tight regional circuit across Mid-Michigan and Northern Ohio.

The band maintained a strict DIY approach — limited pressings, no reissues, minimal promotion.

FIRST RAID FIT disbanded late 2002.

A full-length was reportedly recorded but never completed.
